We worked with Development & Performance Strategies in our Brand Strategy + Identity Intensive. While developing the strategy that would allow them and their clients to grow, a new name was born. As a Black and queer man in corporate America, the founder shared deeply emotional insights that helped us craft a brand that seeks to pay respect to him, our founder, and other Black and queer people navigating spaces that never felt welcoming. The combination of bold and thin typography reflects resilience, softness, and the strength in vulnerability.
