Terri Thomas
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mrs. Thomas has over 25 years of defense contracting and management experience and has served in a leadership role at BRTRC for the majority of her career. In 2006, she assumed the role of BRTRC's CEO. She focuses on corporate business development and strategic pursuits, talent management and retention, corporate development and strategic communication. Mrs. Thomas works closely with the Executive Board of Directors and Senior Management Team to identify and foster new industry partnership opportunities for the organization. She provides executive oversight for the BRTRC Small Business Connection, a program created to support rising small businesses as potential teaming partners and subcontractors with BRTRC. She holds an M.B.A. from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a B.A. in English from James Madison University.
