Larry McDonald
President and Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Assuming the role of President in 2016, Mr. McDonald, a 20-year veteran with BRTRC, continues to serve as COO. He has more than 25 years of strategic planning and management consulting in Government Services. Mr. McDonald is responsible for day-to-day operations, contract management, corporate compliance, financial planning, and business process improvement initiatives for greater efficiency and effectiveness organization-wide. In 2014, he was responsible for BRTRC's first acquisition of SecureForce, a leading provider of cybersecurity, risk and compliance, and information assurance solutions to government agencies based in the greater Washington Metropolitan area. The acquisition expands existing information technology solutions and enhances BRTRC's current corporate capabilities in Mission Solutions, Operational Advisory Services, and Process Engineering. Mr. McDonald holds an M.B.A. (Beta Gamma Sigma) from The George Washington University School of Business, an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a B.S. from James Madison University.
